Oh Aerwin - I so wish I could help you I can only imagine how tough it is.

You know, neither of my boys think Illinois is a very interesting place to live. They both talk about moving to a different state when they are older. Justin wants to live in New Mexico and Eric would like to live in Arizona. So I think about what I would do if one or both of them really do look for jobs out of state?? It scares the heck out of me. I can only hope that they either change their minds and stay here - or both move to the same state and Rob and I could move when we retire to where they are.

Tough situation ladies.............when a child/as an adult moves away. I tell you, it does get easier. In my case, we can't move to be near one without leaving the other here! We've thought about somewhere in the middle though!

That is what we were thinking. If they both move to different states we could pick a state somewhere in the middle. If just one lives - we would probably stay put here since we have family and friends here. But Rob's dream has been to retire in New Mexico - so if by some change Justin really does end up there - we could end up there too.

Cool. I've never been to NM, but have always wanted to go there. Is there some reason Rob likes it there?

I have always wanted to go there , too! But I've never been. It looks just beautiful. Now Arizona I LOVE! Isn't it funny about kids . Of course Colin thinks Georgia is the most boring place on earth!

Well, I get thinking Illinois is boring - lots of flat land and cornfields Downtown Chicago is way cool though!!

I would move to Colorado and Stowe, Vermont personally! I love mountains and cool weather.

AZ is fab but too hot for me!! Love being up in the canyon though!! No to the scorpions though

I have not been to New Mexico - but Rob was there a few times in his 20s and fell in love with it! The views, the weather, all of it.

I guess I will need to go with him on a trip there to check it out.

I was in Georgia a few times - loved Stone Mountain and we stayed on Jekyll Island a few times and that was awesome!!

I love AZ too. Too hot, go north! Everything has AC anyway. Sedona, AZ is God's country it's so beautiful.

The neighbor right down the block, saw a bear in his backyard early this morning! He was letting all the neighbors know just to be on the look out!

Nope! It's not unheard of and there have been a few other sitings, but not in this vicinity! Close, but not this close. The area we live in is not rural, so this bear had to do some traveling! Our backyard does have a 6' fence, but I will definitely be checking around before I go out anywhere!

REALLY? I've never seen a bear for real. People say they are around here but I've never seen them.

I have only seen them at the zoo! And I plan on keeping it that way!

What's new?? Hubby bought me a new bigger computer!! Totally unsuspected. Mine has been making noise, probably only the fan or power thingie, but he just didn't want to sink any more money to fix it, because it's sort of old and still running XP. I don't think I'll have to worry about too many vids or pics of Adam now!! Oh, and it has the media package on it so it's capable to receive tv and record programs!!
Downside? Hubby isn't the fastest in getting things done on the computer and everything from this computer has to be moved to the new computer, and he's not quite sure how he's going to do that...........

My hubby is good at moving everything over. It took some times getting things from my laptop to my new desktop because one was XP and one Vista - but he got it all figured out.

Can you get all channels? I can only get about 30 digital channels on my desktop. I love how easy it is to record!!
