I'll get it on my home PC & try & get it to you! *wanders off muttering "what's wrong with sitting by the seaside with a knotted hanky on your head...wearing socks & sandals - & going no where near the water!"* |

FC, you aren't alone on some of these.........
I don't ride on rollercoasters, I don't trust the framework. I don't ride on motorcycles. I don't ski for fear of broken bones. I don't like caves, but have gone into some of them, but they were touristy, so I felt rather safe. I will scream like a banshee over rodents (bats included!), snakes and birds flying about my head. I don't like walking on unsteady/flimsy floor, walkways, etc. (like stadium bleachers, wooden walk bridges or any floor that moves.
I absolutely LOVE, LOVE the beach. FC, a shark can't get you if you don't go in the water! |

| Yes, I have walked the beach and LOOKED at the ocean. I actually swam in the ocean on vacations with my folks when I was little. Then the movie Jaws came out and that was that! Birds don't bother me - we've had lots of birds. Don't mind hamsters - we've had those. Rats and mice - just NO! Don't even get me started on snakes!!!!!!!! _________________ "You can kinda just be. | Well what a bizarre day!!!!!! Early last week I noticed a little caterpillar crossing across the paved area outside, so rather than it being stomped on, I picked it up (with a piece of paper) & moved it to a grass area.I knew what it was (a cinnabar, which turns into a pretty cinnabar moth - red & black wings, not hairy moth looking ) & you know me I don't "kill " anything intentionally! They live off the weed Ragwort , highly poisonous plant to horses & cattle & is a "controlled weed" - supposedly!! Well anyway, today it was like caterpillar bloodbath outside, there were hundreds of them all around the carpark, making their way towards the building & many had been stomped on! I hated seeing the dead ones ( do I have to start a story about Xmas day & Mr & Mrs Caterpillar & little Calvin going missing?? ) but knew they wouldn't let me take the time out of the office to bury them individually The funniest thing was, I was talking to one of the production managers when I was outside having a ciggie, & he had called in some pest control people to identify what they were (I work for the largest flower & bouquet supplier for the supermarkets in the UK - so caterpillars found in bouquets wouldn't be good for the company! ) The pest control bloke said "they are crane fly spawned with earth worm" Righhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhht - I KNEW what they were & I work in finance!!! I know I have a wonderful imagination...but a cranefly/daddy long legs courting an earth worm???? One..... or both REALLY need glasses!!!!! |
