Kind of a long story.............Badger posted some not so nice things and FC banned her. There was/is a mole from the Clay boards, but I don't know who it is or was............I've never been to the Clay fan boards, so I'm a bit out of it with this one and not quite knowing or understanding much.

Since you don't post in Clay's or Adam's thread you wouldn't get what all goes on. Let's just say a lot of Clay fans hate Adam fans and it gets ugly sometimes. Badger seemed to feel the need to put us Adam fans in our place (not the first time) and I don't need rude people here who can't follow my one and only rule - don't call fellow posters names or tell them how to post. She is now banned - but can't seem to JUST GO AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes Aerwin, some OTT Clay fan comes here and takes posts about Adam/Clay to mods at a Clayboard. It has resulted in several of those posters (including me) being banned from that Clayboard - BECAUSE IT APPEARS YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO LIKE MORE THAN ONE IDOL CONTESTANT!!!!!!! How freaking STOOOPID IS THAT??

Badger, you know darn well you weren't banned for not liking Adam. We've known darn well you didn't like Adam since early on in Season 8. Give us a break.

You are banned because you called us names and were totally rude to Teddy. I wouldn't care what thread we were in. THAT has been the only rule. Be kind to your fellow posters. Don't call them names and don't tell them how to post. Pretty simple.

You could have easily discussed your opinion about all of it without being rude and name calling. You choose not to - and it wasn't the first time in that thread.

Trust me, it makes me sad. I liked Badger a lot. I think we shared some of the same views on certain issues and I enjoyed her in the Television forums. I will miss that. But I won't have that kind of "badgering" in any thread. AND NEVER BE RUDE TO MY TEDDY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She is our "baby" here and we are all her on-line moms!

Also, the name for Adam that implied making fun of his being gay UPSET me a lot!!

I agree. As Adults we all have the right to like mulitple singers/artists and the right to post about them, that doesn't give someone the right to start name calling us for doing so. The rude remarks and awful names were just unneccessary. No one forces anyone to like or dislike but we should respect others who feel differently. I've never liked people who had to put a label on somebody else or feel the need to call someone a name. That is what's good about this board, we have the freedom to say what we want but we are all respectful to each other should we disagree.

Uggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The board was down for more than three hours tonight! Coudln't get on here at all. I tried and tried. Did everything I could think of and got nowhere. I was totally freaking out. A page kept coming up saying the site didn't exist.




At least it's back now. Thank goodness! I seriously wouldn't even begin to know what to do with myself if I didn't have this board to come to.
